Apostle Dr. Arthur Bailey is the Founder and Chancellor of the non-governmental accredited Hebrew Roots University, the world’s premier and only university of its kind. As a leader in the Hebrew Roots Movement, Apostle Dr. Arthur Bailey also leads House of Israel Worldwide, a group of Messianic Hebrew Roots Congregations that actively teach the Hebrew Roots of the Christian faith. Internationally known Apostle Dr. Arthur Bailey, (www.ArthurBaileyMinistries.com) is an anointed teacher, author, preacher and prophetic minister.
Dr. Arthur Bailey is the Author of over 55 published books including “Sunday is not the Sabbath?”, now translated in seven languages, an in-depth teaching on the seventh-day Sabbath and its relevance to today’s living. Other titles include “How to hear God’s Voice”, “Offended and Offending”, “The Evolution of the American Gospel”, and “To Tithe or Not to Tithe”. He has produced many DVD teachings series that can be found at https://store.arthurbaileyministries.com/collections/all and has brought clarity to many controversial and hard-to-understand biblical passages.

Dr. Bailey has earned degrees and certifications from several colleges and universities, received honorary degrees and has taught as a professor and presented as a lecturer in colleges, universities and presented as keynote speaker at many conferences & churches.
Dr. Bailey is Inter-denominational in his approach. He has been ordained in the Charismatic, Pentecostal, Lutheran, and Christian Reformed Church of North America and has preached in Baptist, Catholic, Charismatic, Reformed, Christian Reformed, Lutheran, Messianic, and Pentecostal congregations nationally. He has also preached internationally in Charismatic, Hebrew Roots, Messianic, and Non-denominational Ministries.
Dr. Bailey has established churches and community organizations, has served on several local and national boards, and has received many awards and recognition for his work as a community organizer.
Apostle Dr. Arthur Bailey currently resides in Fort Mill, South Carolina with his wife, Marvina, and several of their eight children and oversees the House of Israel, https://arthurbaileyministries.com/about-house-of-israel-charlotte/ a Spirit-filled New Covenant Torah observant community in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Apostle Dr. Arthur Bailey has ministered extensively in Kenya, Israel, London, the Philippines, Russia, Ukraine, Georgia, Nigeria, Trinidad and Tobago, and throughout the USA.
Apostle Dr. Arthur Bailey has planted Messianic Hebrew congregations in the United Kingdom, Ukraine, Nigeria, and the USA.
Sharon Campbell, M.A.

Sharon Campbell has served as the Administrative Assistant for Arthur Bailey Ministries since 2014 and has been an active part of the ministry since 2010. Sharon earned an Accredited Certificate in the Discipleship Training Program and a Certificate in the Leadership Development Program in 2016 through Arthur Bailey Ministries International.
Sharon has taught at the University of Pittsburgh and Wayne State University (Detroit, MI). The Courses were Master’s level Statistics and the Master’s Thesis Course.
Originally from Detroit, MI, Sharon has worked as a Research Associate with the American Institutes of Research and Formative Evaluation Research Associates (FERA). Sharon operated her own Evaluation Consulting Company with clients such as The Points of Light Foundation in Washington DC, and Northville High School in Northville, MI. Ms. Campbell also worked as the Deputy Director of the Urban Families Program and Director of the Detroit Family Project, both a part of the Center for Urban Studies at Wayne State University.
Sharon has a B.A. Psychology from Carlow University in Pittsburgh, PA and earned a M.A. in Educational Research and Evaluation from the School of Education at the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, PA.
Currently Sharon lives with her husband and two adult children in York, South Carolina.

Karen Rush has over 9 years of experience working with ministries. She has been a staff member of Arthur Bailey Ministries since 2015 and following the teachings of Arthur Bailey since 2010. Karen first learned about the Hebrew Roots in 2005. Karen earned an Accredited Certificate in the Discipleship Training Program in 2019.
Ms. Rush has assisted with data entry, student services, technical support, and answered generalized questions about the ministry beliefs and stances on hot button issues in society today.
Karen has experience working with bookkeeping programs, spreadsheets, and word documents. As well, Karen has trained new employees and written standard operating processes and procedures manuals for staff and supervisors.
Karen lives in Charlotte, NC with her husband, daughter, and nephew.
Ahalia Simmons, M.S.

Ahalia oversees the continued development and innovation of the University’s Learning Management System and Student Information System. Hebrew Roots University’s Information Technology Department provides academic support to both its instructors and students, delivery of IT infrastructure and services, information system security and compliance, and Student Information Administrative Systems. Ahalia comes to us with over 10 years of instructional and curriculum design and system development and build as it relates to EMR and LMS platforms.
A native to Philadelphia, PA, Ahalia earned her bachelor’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology and her Masters in Human Resource Management with a concentration in Adult Education from Argosy University. Ahalia relocated to South Jersey and currently works for a large healthcare organization overseeing departmental operations and information technology for its Omni Channel Department.

Sarah Núñez Walston is currently a private Business Consultant with a background in Education, Advising, Counseling and Project Management. She has advised and instructed students from Pre-K to University level and enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds.
Sarah has earned a Bachelors Degree in Marketing from Vanguard University, a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix and is Project Management Certified from SSGI/Project Management Institute. Additionally, she spent 14 years volunteering on the American Board of Directors for WHMA, the largest orphanage in Jinja, Uganda.
She currently resides with her family in the Charlotte, North Carolina area and hopes to continue inspiring others toward personal growth and relationship with YeHoVaH.
